- Reduce red meat, eggs and dairy.
- Eliminate nightshades - potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers.
- Increase essential fatty acids (anti-inflammatory) - flax seed, walnuts, oily fish (except sardines).
- Consider Vitamins C, E, beta - carotene, selenium and zinc. MSM, Vitamin B5 and B6, boron, copper, calcium & magnesium, glucosamine sulfate etc. - Talk to a healthcare provider about the correct combination and dosage for you.
- Blackstrap molasses with apple cider vinegar.
- Turmeric , Boswellia, Ginger.
