Laura may use methods like tongue analysis, iridology, and constitutional assessment for insights. This session opens discussion on underlying issues and factors related to your symptoms. The herbal prescription is typically dispensed at 300ml for 3 to 4 weeks.

A follow-up consultation is highly recommended after you finish your first prescription to monitor progress and adjust your formula if and as needed.

After the initial and follow-ups, repeat formulas are available without an appointment for up to three months; a follow-up is necessary for continued use beyond that period.

In clinical practice since the year 2021. Laura works with people of all ages, from young children to older adults. She has personally experienced the profound healing effects of herbs, and continues to witness its remarkable ability to improve health.

Laura studied biomedicine and naturopathy as a foundation for Herbal Medicine, completing five year course on the traditional and evidence-based uses of medicinal plants and their safety, in College Of Naturopathic Medicine, Dublin, Ireland.

As a member of The Irish Register of Herbalists, Laura continues to develop professionally and stay updated with the latest research.

Laura uses a wide range of herbs, incorporating various traditional practices such as Western herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurvedic principles, to create unique formulas. Your symptoms, including their specific nature and pattern, are carefully taken into account. Additionally, your bio-individuality, age, and personal perceptions play a significant role in the formulation process. This approach ensures that the formula created is tailored specifically to meet your individual health needs and circumstances.

In addition to the herbal formulas, various naturopathic protocols are incorporated into the treatment plans.
