Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days (excluding plants). Delivery is usually completed the next business day, or within 2 business days after dispatch.

Plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, ensuring they spend minimal time in transit. If weather conditions are unsuitable—particularly for more delicate plants—we will delay shipping until it is safe to do so. Some plants are sensitive to temperatures below 10°C, and extended exposure, especially overnight, may cause damage.

You’ll be notified when your order ships.

We will contact you with expected delivery date if the item you ordered is out of stock. You may decide not to wait for your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We typically Ship via An Post. All orders are tracked. Once Shipped allow up to 2 days for your order to arrive.

LOCAL PICK UP

Order online and choose local pickup. Allow up to 2 days for processing. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.
