Refund policy
Changed your mind? Returns accepted within 7 days. Item must be in original condition. Shipping costs are non‑refundable, and customer pays for the return. Refund for the item/s will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

DAMAGES
We do our best to pack your orders carefully so they arrive in the best possible condition. If your order arrives damaged, please email us pictures so we can assess the situation. Depending on the extent of the damage and the availability of stock, we will either send replacements or offer a refund. Please check the contents carefully — sometimes the parcel may look damaged on the outside while the contents inside are fine.
